Haven't had the unit more than 1 year and it stopped cooling. Tried to call Frigdaire but they would charge for service since warranty is expired. Not worth fixing unless I can fix my self. any parts companies I can call to help me.

This wine cooler won™™t last. Its a little loud and condensation inside causes molding. Screws inside cooler rust. I would advise for you to look for a cooler of better quality within the price range. Frigidaire customer service not much help.

On January 18, 2023 we purchased this wine cooler. The top and bottom zone show the same temperature despite the bottom zone being set significantly warmer. A service person from the place we purchased it (Spencers, Phoenix, AZ) has told us the problem is the bottom zone temperature sensor is defective. We have been waiting for a replacement sensor since Feb. 22, 2023. Spencers and we have contacted Frigidaire with no response.

The shelves do do allow many wine bottles to fit. There should have been at least one shelf that accommodates fatter bottles like many chardonnays are bottled in.

Great product and packaging looked well designed with one exception. I'd advise not pre-assembling the studs for attaching the door handle. One of mine was bent. I did not want the hassle of returning the wine cooler so with some effort straightened it sufficiently to attach the handle securely. I imagine most customers would have returned the product.

I purchased this thinking that this price point was appropriate for a mini fridge style wine cooler. However, having now used it for the last few months I can safely say that I will be replacing it with a better cooler. The cooler looks like very nice, with its stainless steel and glass door and interior lighting. 1 - There is no way this cooler can hold 38 bottles of wine. There are 5 wooden shelves that can hold 7 750ml standard shaped bottles. The bottles need to be a high shoulder bordeaux style bottle or you will have absolutely no chance. This accounts for 35 at the very best. The bottom free standing shelf can NOT hold wine bottles, even the picture here shows some sort of short juice bottles.2 - The shelving is awful, as others have commented you can not slide shelves out without lifting the shelf above. Not a great design and every time you go to get a bottle out of the cooler it feels like other bottles may fall off a shelf. 3 - The actual cooling levels are incorrect according to the thermostats. I have placed refrigerator thermometers inside the unit to check the temperatures. Currently I have the top thermostat set to 50 and the bottom set to 54... My thermometers read 58 for both sections. There are other reviews that say that this cooler only last 1-2 years.. My advice would be to save your money, be prepared to spend a little more and purchase a quality wine cooler from another manufacturer.

The price was right, it runs quietly and looks nice. However, the two-zone feature does not work as advertised. Although the Lower Zone is set at 63 (for red wines) it never gets above 52. Not the end of the world, but a little disappointing.

It's a decent wine cooler. The shelves just stink. They feel like they're made out of wood from the craft store. They don't really slide well and they don't really fit wine bottles that have any unique style. All in all, its decent for the money but not perfect.

Love the two temperature settings! A little challenging to pull the drawers out with wine on the shelves, but easy to reach in and pull out. Like the addition of the lock attached at the bottom you can use for little ones.

This is probably the last time I buy anything from Frigidaire. There is no way you can place 38 good wine bottles, shelves don't slice without almost carrying them.. the bottoms dual shelf is awful.. you almost have to carry the wine out.

Frigidaire should inform buyers at time of purchase that the useful life of products is 1 to 2 years. I purchased a 38 bottle dual zone wine cooler which is not cooling after 18 months. This is after a refrigerator that i purchased at same time failed within 6 months, The brought that item back from me.

As other reviewers have mentioned the lower zone it™™s supposed to be the warmer zone. I have no idea what kind of engineer would have forgotten that cold air sinks. So the lower zone will always be several degrees colder than the set temperature because the upper zone which is set to a lower temperature over cools the lower zone. Common sense would suggest that the colder Zone would be at the bottom.

I purchased this wine fridge based upon the overall high reviews. However, I have been a little disappointed in the use of the wooden racks. They are not easy to slide in and out of the unit. The other thing that you really need to watch out for is mold growing in the fridge. A week after the MFGR warranty expired, I found mold in the bottom and on the wooden racks. I even used Damp Rid in the unit to keep from excess humidity building up. I cleaned and treated everything with vinegar, but the racks still look gross. Just take care and pay attention.

It's only been a few weeks, but the wine fridge is doing well so far. It's a little louder than the one it replaced, but it's only noticeable when seated near it. Temperature seems consistent.

I was so excited to receive this as a gift, but I was disappointed there is only one shelf in each zone that will fit a standard wine bottle. You have to left the shelf above where you are trying to place the wine to insert or remove the bottle. Unless you™™re using single-serve bottles, there is no way to fit 38 bottles of wine. The picture is not accurate. I have tried contacting Frigidaire 3 times but either can™™t understand the customer service agent or I get disconnected when getting transferred.

I have had the product for just over a year. It continues to have frost buildup in the back of the unit. I have called Bestbuy, they do not cover repair. When I try to contact Frigidaire, it is extremely difficult to navigate customer Service. This unit is not cheep and I expected better performance and customer support,

The lower zone should be the white wine zone! It™™s common sense since the colder air goes to the bottom. There is no seal between the top and bottom zone so the bottom gets colder than it should be. It™™s also impossible to slide out a shelf if there are any bottles on it so you can™™t see the bottle labels.

The wine cooler is exceptional for the price and style. It fits very well in my dining room. The only drawback is the spacing between shelves does not allow for some of the larger wine club bottles. Although 750ML, some of the bottles are a little more round at the base, which just prevents storage on the shelves.

It is a dual zone temperature control unit. The top section appears to hold the temperature selected. The bottom section is 13 degrees colder than the temperature setting. We have a service appointment 11/15. We just received it 2 weeks ago. The storage setup is very tight and herd to get bottles in and out. The temperature range allowed is small.

I bought it on December 2019 and didn't think that would need an extended warranty. But in less than two years it just stopped working. The lights and buttons still okay, but it's not getting cold anymore.And If are looking for a service company from their network to assist you, be aware, they just have one option in NY and it's not close to the city.

Only thought is that the compressor makes noise - not much and very soft and not constant, but it can be heard. Is there a way of adding insulation or some other noise reduction method. It's not really a bother and even give a comfortable feeling knowing it is working during the night.

I bought this from Best Buy, they had to ship to my house because they don™™t stock them in stores. When the first one arrived it was dented on the rear corner about the size of a gold ball right on the top crease in the steel. Called BB they set up sending another one and a week later when the second one arrived it had a fist size dent on the top corner damaged worse than the first one. This is ridiculous
