I like the oven but when first used, there was a defect in the glass door because I heard a "pop" and the glass cracked. I called the service # provided and explained what happened and was told it wasn't covered. I feel this is a definite defect in the oven door. I purchased a Frigidaire microwave and refrigerator at the same time, which I am happy with. However, when you're a loyal customer and are only asking that something be given to you in working order, Frigidaire should be willing to support you and correct the problem for you.

I was excited to get my new gas wall oven and assumed it world have a gas broiler like my last gas wall oven. I was disappointed to see it was a single electric coil. It™™s nearly impossible to broil a steak or salmon. It just doesn™™t provide enough heat. Wish I could change it for a gas oven with a Gas broiler like I thought I was purchasing. The oven itself works great.

Great quality! You definitely get a lot for your money! The only problem was getting a black one. It took a while, but they did get me one, when everyone else said that they weren't available anymore. Overall great service.

I bought this through Best Buy. With geek squad membership it was installed for free. Plus longer warranty. So glad I went through with this choice! The oven essentially works like a convection oven with air circulation to ensure even cooking. I make sourdough and other baked goods. So far everything is coming out so much better than my previous oven. Crisp on the outside, soft center. Can™™t wait to roast a chicken. Easy to program for temp and time. People complain about no broiler pan, but their not expensive. I already had one from the previous oven. I measured temp and it™™s 100% accurate. Overall it™™s a great little oven. I got the black one and true to advertised, The outside stays pretty smudge free between cleanings.

Oven replaced an old oven that fit in a tight space. Only negative is the fan noise. Its not terribly loud, but just more than normal. Storage compartment. Is very convenient.

I have been looking for 6 months to replace my 24™ black Maytag oven with no luck. A friend let me know he found a Frigidaire one at Howard™™s. Bought it immediately and have been happy with it. Actually like it better than our old Maytag.

We wanted to replace our 20 plus year old wall oven. We decided on the Frigidaire since we have purchased Frigidaire appliances in the past. What a difference this gas oven has made. We no longer have to add additional cook times on our food. If you are cooking something that takes 1 hour to cook, then it is done in 1 hour. The audible ring once the preheat has been made is very neat. We also like the fan feature once cooking is finished. The oven fit perfectly in our wall. Onlly wish that a broiler pan and tray came with it. I was able to purchase one from Amazon much cheaper than the Frigidaire website. Overall this was a fantastic purchase and a great replacement for our old oven. Black matches all of our appliances.

the timer is too quite. I cannot hear it when in the living room. The setting instructions are not really user friendly and the temperature is a bit off.Otherwise it is just right although a bit high priced.

I installed my new range and it stopped working after 2 weeks. I can not get ahold of anyone on the customer service line for support. It keeps saying due to high call volume I can not be connected. Please try again later. Range heats up and completely shuts off with no power. Cools down and turns back on. I paid $2,000 for this. Completely unacceptable.

So I needed a new oven my old double gas oven finally clinked out. So I went online to find one and there weren™™t and selections for double gas ovens. I came across this Fridgaire oven, I was hesitant at first because Of the reviews. Well I™™m glad I followed my own intuition. I love the color, it definitely warms my food up quickly, fits perfectly in the old spot, and has the self clean option. The Only thing that confused me at first was the fan. The first day of use it felt like the fan was circulating the smile from the oven back into my home. After 2 uses i no longer felt that way. I™™m a satisfied customer.

Let me begin by saying my holiday was ruin. I purchase this product in July 2021. It was on back order and I did not received in on October 2. 2021. From the very beginning the oven did not work. 2 A&E technician have been out to fix a brand new oven. This is past ridiculous. Someone did not inspect this before it was put out and my family and I have to suffer.

Purchased to replace a cabinet oven ,we had to employ a cabinet maker to down size the existing opening including adding a drawer underneath to fill the opening from the old double oven. We received the new oven specs from Frigidaire and altered the opening accordingly, huge mistake !!!! When the oven FINALLY arrived the dimensions of the new oven were off in three different planes ,after hours on the phone with Frigidaire i was advised this was not unusual ???? I was guided to a site which was to offer a rebate up to $350.00 to help pay for additional alterations by the cabinet maker. After again hours on the phone i was told my model was not eligible for a rebate and Frigidaire was sorry, i ate the cost ... Fast forward to Thanksgiving (yesterday) and we place a 19 lb turkey in the oven and the rack collapses the turkey falls from the pan and the rack wedges into the bottom of the oven . The problem, the racks are a sloppy fit and if they move to either side they barely catch the side rails that hold the rack,up.. Add the weight of a turkey and the rack slides over the rail and the turkey on the floor. I'm awaiting Frigidaires reply.

Seems to be a decent oven. I'm glad I picked this model over a cheaper one. This has digital display rather than a nob you turn. Also pretty easy to install , but you will need another person it is too heavy for one person to lift. Great oven so far.

I love my new over temperature is so right on. It heats up fast keeps an even temperature and love that the broiler is up high and the bottom can be used for storage. I store all those lids that you don™™t know where to put them.

Nice oven. Had to wait as this built-in unit, 24™ x 36™ size jetted for LPG is not common. Very happy to find this unit to fit without major cabinet mods. I dislike the touchpad controls but there is never any other option for new appliances.

It took a long 10 months due to Covid to get our new oven delivered and installed, but is was well worth the wait, we have only had it for about three weeks now and have used it several times now, it works great bakes so very even we are now looking forward to cooking our Thanksgiving dinner. Very glad I waited for this Oven. So far I am very impressed and enjoying baking again. Because of Covid it was 3 month of waiting. More space inside and great look. Gas lights up and stays an even temperature. Love self cleaning feature.

We are well pleased. Ours is a gas, wall-mounted oven. It replaces a previous, older wall-mounted oven. Our Frigidaire seems to cook faster that its predecessor and the controls are more user friendly. All in all, we are happy with our new oven.

The oven is a good oven. Issues:1) After 7 months had to call for service (which responded well) as the oven would not heat. I have been told that the thermostat was stuck in an open position.2) Electric broiler is a joke. No brown on the meat that was an inch away from heat. Is that "broiled"?It is better than my old double oven which did not keep the temperature and could not find parts for the non-working lower oven.Thus it is an acceptable oven.

This wall over is so far superior to the previous one we had. I used to have to to turn or rotate everything I baked half way through. Now it all bakes beautifully even without. The preheat is so quick.
